Children are eligible for funding the term after they are 3 years old (or in some cases 2 years old). Please use the attached link to find out about help with childcare costs and information on funding options www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.

Please sign to state that you are requesting your child’s name to be added to our waiting list. Upon receipt of this form you will receive a receipt notification. You will be contacted again the term before your preferred start date and will have the option to give us more up to date preferences. If your circumstances change prior to this, and you no longer require a place, you must inform the pre-school. At this point, we will not retain the details on this form. If a place can be offered, you must formally accept and pay a deposit, at which stage your child will be added to the upcoming term register. At this time, further personal information and family details are required for our records, along with sight of your child’s birth certificate, where details will be recorded. (NB: It is your responsibility to ensure we have up to date contact details for you).

If you and your child would like to visit pre-school in order to meet the wonderful staff and children, Sharon, our Early Years Teacher, would be pleased to meet with you to chat about the ethos of the setting.
