The Pre-school is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm.

Fees

Our current fees are £12.00 per session. Fees are reviewed annually.

Your fees will be invoiced to you in the first few weeks of term. The invoice will clearly show two amounts for each half of the term and a pay by date. We accept payment of fees in two termly payments. Please make sure that all payments are made by the due date. Reminder letters will be sent if fees become overdue and a charge of 50p per day will be made on overdue invoices.

Fees are payable regardless of non-attendance due to holiday, illness or closures to the Pre-school beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions).

If paying by cheque please make payable to ‘The Wendover Pre-school’ and write your child's name on the reverse of the cheque. If paying by cash please deliver to Pre-school in a sealed envelope with your child’s name clearly marked.

Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from all voucher providers/companies. We currently receive vouchers from the following schemes: Busy Bees, Sodexho and Accorr Services, but will be happy to set up new accounts if you receive childcare vouchers from a different scheme. Please contact the Administrator Sarah Williams to arrange this.

3 & 4 year old funded places:

As an Ofsted registered pre-school, we can receive government funding for 15 hours per week for all our children in the term following their third birthday. The three terms are fixed by the government, and actual school term dates do not affect children’s eligibility.

The dates are defined by the government as follows: 1 September to 31 December, 1 January to 31 March and 1 April to 31 August.

When your child is due to receive funding our Administrator will distribute to you the necessary paperwork, you need not apply to the council for funding.
